What you will do

• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify high-impact AI use cases and frame commercially grounded solutions.
• Define the AI strategy and technical roadmap for accounts, translating platform capabilities into a long-term vision.
• Create and deliver tailored technical demos grounded in the client's specific engineering workflows.
• Develop and co-own Statements of Work (SOW) with a deep understanding of technical building blocks.
• Drive user adoption across technical teams and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to delivery.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or a similar field.
• Solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows and their common bottlenecks.
• Experience in a client-facing role such as pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
• Conceptual understanding of AI/ML applied to engineering and working knowledge of Python.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Jersey City, NYC or Michigan.

Nice to have

• Hands-on simulation experience across full pipelines from CAD to post-processing.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks for model training and deployment.
• Strategic or technical consulting background focused on digital transformations.
• Experience with engineering software tools like Ansys, Altair, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, or Autodesk.
