What you will do

• Act as the primary technical voice for Databricks for 1-2 major retail and CPG clients.
• Define and implement technical strategies to drive widespread adoption of ML and AI.
• Lead customers through a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt the Lakehouse platform.
• Build a network of technical champions within target accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Provide structured mentorship to other team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large enterprise accounts (>$1M ARR) in the Retail or CPG sectors.
• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales support roles.
• Strong technical background in big data, data science, and cloud computing.
• Experience designing and implementing technologies like Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP.
• Production programming proficiency in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas
