What you will do

• Articulate the value of agentic AI, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration to drive business outcomes.
• Lead value-focused discovery and executive presentations to translate challenges into solution approaches.
• Build trusted relationships across client organizations to identify emerging challenges and new opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into high-level solution architectures aligned with strategic priorities.
• Partner with sales leadership to shape account strategies and executive-level messaging throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical presales within enterprise software.
• Business level English and Italian proficiency required.
• Experience positioning automation, AI, CRM, or workflow platforms in an enterprise context.
• Proven track record of leading client presentations and influencing buying decisions through a consultative approach.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes, rules, and data relationships end-to-end.
