What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement in Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Cost using Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Lead the execution of projects within the assigned Value Stream, ensuring quality and adherence to objectives.
• Mentor Lean Small Group Activities projects and events.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a Lean specialty sub-committee.
• Engage in professional development through training, research, and benchmarking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar Lean engineering role.
• Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels and departments.
• Systems perspective and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• General Lean knowledge or prior experience.
