What you will do

• Execute technical scope of work at customer sites, serving as the primary on-site technical representative.
• Operate industrial CT scanners, planning and running scans across various parts, materials, and inspection objectives.
• Perform defect detection, dimensional measurement, and assembly verification using the Voyager platform.
• Support ML model implementation, including data collection, validation, and integration into production workflows.
• Lead customer training and adoption efforts to build internal capability on the customer's team.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and internal engineering teams to track deliverables and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering.
• 3+ years of professional experience in solution engineering, manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering in a production environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, injection molding, or additive manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or PFMEA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for leading technical conversations.
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods to customer locations.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with industrial CT, CMM, or other dimensional metrology or NDT workflows.
• Familiarity with GD&T and first-article inspection (FAI) processes.
• Prior experience in a production manufacturing environment.
