What you will do

• Co-lead the Lean transformation to improve cost effectiveness and inventory reduction.
• Drive mindset shifts toward continuous improvement through management coaching.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to optimize the operations value stream.
• Train and coach employees and leadership on Lean principles and behaviors.
• Develop business cases to evaluate the financial impact of Lean implementations.
• Design and manage Lean transformation projects and detailed work plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Manufacturing (e.g., line or engineering).
• General understanding of technical topics.
• Business English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority and coach others.

Nice to have

• Experience in Lean deployment or application.
• Experience in professional coaching.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methods.
• Change or project management experience.
