Salary: $255,000 – $387,500

What you will do

• Define the 3-5 year strategic vision for the Virtual Expert Platform.
• Lead the PM organization responsible for AI-native Workforce Management, Expert Ops, and Contact Management.
• Coach and mentor a team of highly skilled product leads and managers.
• Develop robust roadmaps in partnership with engineering and design stakeholders.
• Guide critical build/buy and configure/customize technology decisions.
• Manage cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management leadership roles delivering world-class SaaS products.
• Deep expertise in large-scale PaaS/SaaS platforms such as CRM, WFM, or ERP.
• Proven experience with agentic AI, LLMs, and real-time orchestration systems.
• Strong ability to communicate and drive strategic narratives with senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and rigorous delivery planning.
• BS or B.Tech degree (MBA preferred).
