What you will do

• Articulate and lead the HCM product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Modernize AI approaches by monitoring trends, assessing use cases, and driving implementation from pilot to production.
• Develop business cases for AI products including ROI and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex AI solutions.
• Partner with Data, Engineering, PMO, and HRIS teams for seamless integration.
• Monitor AI landscape and integrate innovations into HCM strategy.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships from evaluation to performance oversight.

Requirements

• Office location: New York
• Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in product management with experience delivering AI-enabled products in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in full product lifecycle management and roadmap prioritization.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills for global cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, analytics tools, and collaboration software.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to thrive in matrixed structures.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise HCM systems like Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master certifications.
