AI Product Manager (Enterprise Platforms & Workflow Transformation)

Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based role

What you will do

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for AI-powered enterprise workflow solutions.
• Identify and prioritize use cases for generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Expense Management, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams.
• Design scalable horizontal solutions that standardize, simplify, and automate workflows across multiple business functions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and business case development through solution design, delivery, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
• Define success metrics, evaluate business impact, and communicate roadmaps, investment proposals, and product updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles.
• Experience delivering AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platform solutions at scale.
• Strong domain expertise in Human Resources, Finance, or Expense Management.
• Experience redesigning business processes and operating models through technology, automation, and AI.
• Ability to translate senior stakeholder requirements into product roadmaps and lead cross-functional execution in agile environments.
• Ability to work from the New York, United States office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle or SAP platforms, enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and platform modernization.
• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture, governance, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with large language models, generative AI platforms, AI agents, RAG architectures, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation.
• Experience developing AI investment business cases, operating models, and ROI frameworks.
• MBA or equivalent business and technology leadership experience.
