Senior Product Director (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, or hybrid from the New York City headquarters

Salary: $323,000–$435,000 USD annual cash compensation

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year product vision for CRM, email campaigns, automations, transactional communications, and SMS.
• Own the Email Campaigns business line, including revenue performance, engagement strategy, go-to-market planning, and roadmap decisions.
• Build a unified customer engagement platform with CRM, advanced segmentation, flexible communication channels, and transactional automations.
• Lead, develop, and mentor product managers across multiple product lines.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Commerce, Growth, Financial Solutions, and go-to-market teams to deliver integrated product outcomes.
• Apply hirify.global data and AI to create smarter automation flows and personalized customer outreach.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including substantial experience with customer engagement, CRM, marketing, or communications products.
• 5+ years leading and developing product management teams in complex, multi-product environments.
• Deep knowledge of the customer engagement and email service provider landscape.
• Experience owning revenue-generating product lines and business outcomes.
• Strong strategic, execution, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with hypothesis-driven development and experimentation.
