• Define 18–24 month product vision and channel-level roadmaps.
• Establish AI experience strategy and competitive market positioning.
• Set organizational standards for product specifications and delivery practices to ensure outcome accountability.
• Partner with engineering leadership on build vs. buy decisions and AI system design implications.
• Collaborate with the VP of Digital Product on business cases and investment prioritization.
• Mentor product delivery talent and define career progression and capability expectations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product or technical product experience.
• Deep expertise in retirement and wealth management.
• Extensive experience defining AI product strategy.
• Proven ability to influence VP-level strategy as an individual contributor.
• Strong technical credibility when partnering with engineering leadership.
• Must be based in the USA.
