What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for partners, from scoping to go-live.
• Support partners in real-time, troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through API integrations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define integration scope and delivery priorities.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency and improve integration quality.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve products and integration frameworks based on partner system insights.
• Navigate complex technical and commercial discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and system architectures.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder integration projects.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in San Francisco as this is an onsite role.
