Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do

Lead client onboarding, implementation, and enhancement initiatives from planning through production deployment and stabilization.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Translate client needs into actionable solution recommendations and scalable designs.
Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Services to drive alignment.
Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Jira and Confluence within Agile environments.
Support pre-sale activities, including RFP responses, solution proposals, and level-of-effort estimates.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Delivery, Project Leadership, or Software Implementations.
Experience working directly with external clients in a SaaS, consulting, or technology-driven environment.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Must be based in or able to work from Edgewood, NY.
Experience in financial services, regulatory communications, or enterprise software is preferred.
