Senior / Staff NPI Product Engineer (RF)

Location: Malaysia — Penang B 1 & 2

What you will do

• Lead new electronic and RF products from R&D through product bring-up and mass production.
• Develop electrical and RF test strategies for product validation and characterization.
• Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to identify manufacturing risks and define PFMEA assessments.
• Analyze test and manufacturing data to troubleshoot bottlenecks, improve yield, reduce costs, and optimize reliability.
• Connect product design, test data, and manufacturing processes to improve product performance and manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of industry experience in RF test development, product characterization, or product engineering.
• Ability to interpret electronic circuit schematics and strong working knowledge of RF components.
• Proficiency with ADS, JMP, and Python, plus expertise in statistical analysis and data science.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex engineering and test data to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain, RAG architecture, Harness engineering, or vectorization techniques.
