Senior / Staff NPI Product Engineer (RF)

What you will do

• Lead new products from R&D through product bring-up and mass production.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve product yield, reduce manufacturing costs, and support customer satisfaction.
• Develop electrical and RF test strategies for validating and characterizing new products before manufacturing release.
• Partner with R&D during design to identify manufacturing risks and define assessments such as PFMEA.
• Analyze test data with statistical tools and Six Sigma methods to troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimize reliability.
• Connect product design, test data, and manufacturing processes to improve product performance and manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of industry experience, with a strong background in RF Test Development, Product Characterization, or Product Engineering highly desired.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic circuit schematics and strong working knowledge of RF components.
• Proficiency with engineering and data analysis tools including ADS, JMP, and Python.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and data science.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex test and engineering data to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with LLM agent frameworks such as LangChain, RAG architecture, Harness engineering, or vectorization techniques for automating data analysis.
