What you will do

• Lead new product introductions from R&D into mass production.
• Develop and implement electrical and RF test strategies for product validation.
• Perform risk assessments and define manufacturing processes to ensure stable production ramps.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing bottlenecks using statistical tools and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product yield and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Bridge the gap between product design, test data, and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 4-8 years of industry experience in RF Test Development, Product Characterization, or Product Engineering.
• Proficiency in reading electronic circuit schematics and working knowledge of RF components.
• Strong expertise in engineering and data analysis tools including ADS, JMP, and Python.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Transformers.
• Experience with LLM agent frameworks, RAG architecture, or vectorization techniques.
