What you will do

• Lead RF semiconductor product engineering activities from NPI through to production stages.
• Analyze electrical test data, yield performance, pareto trends, and reliability results.
• Perform failure analysis, debug activities, and engineering investigations.
• Collaborate with test engineering, wafer fab, assembly, and reliability teams to monitor product health.
• Develop AI-driven solutions and automation tools for data analysis and workflow optimization.
• Build predictive analytics models for yield improvement and defect pattern analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in RF semiconductor product engineering and NPI processes.
• Proficiency in analyzing electrical test data and reliability results.
• Ability to develop automation tools and integrate AI solutions with engineering systems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Penang, Malaysia.
