What you will do

• Manage NPI and sustaining product qualification projects, including quarterly reliability planning and execution.
• Develop and optimize electrical test programs, setups, and fixtures.
• Modify test handlers and equipment to improve performance and functionality.
• Collaborate with Operations on Test Package Release and resolve test-related issues.
• Analyze data from reliability tests and provide updates to Engineering and Quality groups.
• Drive alignment for all reliability tests and reduce overall cycle time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor electrical testing or test development.
• Proficiency in programming languages including C++, C#, and Visual Basic.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor component package assembly processes.
• Understanding of thermomechanical, thermal, mechanical, and hygroscopic stresses on IC reliability.
• Experience with statistics and data analysis tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electrical tools such as oscilloscopes, curve trace, and parametric analyzing.
• Experience with Thermal Imaging (FLIR and Lock-in Thermography) for fault isolation.
• Working knowledge of industry standard reliability test methods and acceleration models for life predictions.
