Salary: $219,100 — $301,300 USD

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical voice for Databricks for 1-5 strategic enterprise clients.
• Define and implement technical strategies to increase widespread use and deeper adoption of ML & AI.
• Lead customers through a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Build and nurture a network of technical champions within large accounts.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with very large accounts (> $1m ARR) in the Retail and CPG space.
• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
• Technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
• 4+ years of design and implementation experience with technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Ability to drive data-driven business transformation and change.
