Senior Solutions Architect (Healthcare)

Location: U.S. remote-friendly; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $165,750–$195,000 per year, plus bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead technical and operational discovery with enterprise clients to define requirements, dependencies, risks, and implementation plans.
• Translate client data structures and file formats into hirify.global infrastructure, schemas, and integration designs.
• Lead data validation and user acceptance testing, identifying root causes of data mismatches, transformation issues, and load failures.
• Guide implementations from kickoff through launch, stability, and handoff to client management.
• Communicate networking, security, authentication, change approval, and technical review requirements to technical and operational stakeholders.
• Represent the customer internally while coordinating with engineering, account management, and product teams.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in client-facing technical project leadership within an enterprise environment.
• Background in enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments, backend payment processing, enterprise integrations, or electronic health record companies.
• Experience with data structures, relational databases, cloud infrastructure, and high-proficiency SQL.
• Ability to lead outcomes-focused client conversations and communicate clear technical and business requirements to engineering.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work independently through ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

• Experience with Python and API integrations.
• Pragmatic use of AI and emerging technologies for analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and execution.
