Salary: $165,750 - $195,000 + bonus and equity

What you will do

• Conduct technical and operational discovery with clients to define requirements, dependencies, and implementation risks.
• Translate client data structures and file formats into hirify.global’s infrastructure, schemas, and integration design.
• Lead data validation and UAT efforts to resolve data mismatches, transformation issues, and load failures.
• Communicate complex technical concepts regarding networking, security, and authentication to stakeholders.
• Manage complex, multi-threaded projects and convey progress against goals and milestones.
• Serve as the voice of the customer for internal engineering, account management, and product teams.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• 8-10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in client-facing technical leadership in enterprise settings.
• Background in enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments, or Electronic Health Record (EHR) companies.
• High proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and API integrations.
• Pragmatic use of AI and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting.
