Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports across HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time/Absence modules.
• Develop end-to-end reporting solutions using Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite report types.
• Extract and analyze HR data to identify trends in workforce demographics, performance, compensation, and turnover.
• Ensure data integrity through routine audits, validation procedures, and the implementation of data governance policies.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Workday reporting, advising stakeholders and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to provide data-driven recommendations and execute the Insights roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Workday reporting ecosystem.
• Expert-level proficiency in creating complex Calculated Fields and advanced report types.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Power Query.
• Track record of managing high-stakes reports, such as Board of Directors decks or ESG reporting.
• Experience handling highly confidential HR data and a deep understanding of HR lifecycles.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Background working as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Experience with People Analytics tools such as Prism, Looker, or Tableau.
• Workday Pro Certification in Reporting.
