TL;DR
Senior UI/UX Business Analyst (UI/UX Design/Business Analysis): Designing and optimizing web and mobile digital experiences by translating business requirements into user-centered specifications with an accent on accessibility and usability. Focus on conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring compliance with AODA standards.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)
Salary: $120,000–$132,000 gross annual equivalent

What you will do
- Translate business and data requirements into detailed technical specifications for web and mobile solutions.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and workshops to derive actionable design improvements.
- Create UX documentation, including wireframes, user stories, user flows, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive, accessible interfaces optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback to iteratively improve product interfaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to align design decisions with technical and business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Business Analyst focusing on digital products.
- Strong portfolio of recent UI/UX work for web-based products or digital platforms.
- Experience with usability testing and accessibility compliance, specifically AODA standards.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and their limitations.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of network security and network protocols.
- Experience with programming concepts and CSS.
