Salary: $122,200 CAD - $172,600 CAD

What you will do
- Partner with HR product owners to design product-intelligence reporting that connects data signals to north-star outcomes.
- Design and build an interconnected suite of dashboards with enablement materials to drive stakeholder usage and adoption.
- Apply applied research methods rigor by designing analyses, assessing validity, and choosing appropriate models for the decision at hand.
- Author durable, theory-grounded process models and translate complex analysis into clear “so what” executive insights.
- Build and validate analytics workflows across the PIA stack (Visier, Snowflake, SQL, and Python or R) and ship when needed.
- Act as a strategic advisor on organizational problems and raise the team’s analytical quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a quantitative or analytics role delivering business intelligence and actionable insights, preferably for People or HR.
- Strong foundation in experimental/quasi-experimental design, statistical inference, and judgment to assess validity and fitness for purpose.
- Proven ability to translate analysis into decisions for senior, non-technical audiences with measurable adoption outcomes.
- Stakeholder management experience with senior leaders and a consultative approach.
- Technical fluency to independently build and validate: SQL, Python or R, BI/analytics platforms, and data pipelines.
- Comfort handling sensitive and confidential data with discretion.
Nice to have
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a related field.
- Visier experience.
- Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
- Experience in lean or embedded analytics functions or helping stand up analytics capabilities early.
