What you will do

• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand business requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective digital solutions.
• Conduct project scoping, requirement analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
• Support functional design, solution development, and system integration.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide technical support and training.
• Partner with clients for use case exploration and proofpoint development.

Requirements

• BA/BSc in business, statistics, operations research, data science, or related engineering field.
• Demonstrable internship experience in process or related industries.
• Knowledge of business process reengineering, Six Sigma, and value management.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be willing to undertake high levels of travel to client and project sites.
