What you will do

• Own Marketo as the core automation platform, managing email, nurture, database hygiene, and campaign workflows.
• Develop and optimize email and nurture strategies across campaign, newsletter, and operational programs.
• Oversee conversion operations including forms, landing page QA, routing, and testing.
• Partner with RevOps to manage lead scoring, routing requirements, and data quality processes.
• Apply AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, execution quality, and program performance.
• Manage and develop an Email Marketing Specialist, providing coaching and quality control.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or email marketing.
• Deep hands-on Marketo expertise is required.
• 1+ year of experience as a direct people manager, team lead, or mentor.
• Strong experience with email programs, nurture campaigns, lead management, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools to improve productivity and workflow effectiveness.
• Familiarity with CRM data structures.
