What you will do

• Use AI to automate marketing workflows end-to-end to improve velocity, surface insights, and increase volume.
• Collaborate with marketing, BDR, and sales teams to optimize lead scoring, lead routing, email campaigns, and content production.
• Build comprehensive dashboards and reports to measure marketing ROI, pipeline generation, and attribution.
• Maintain and audit reliable data across marketing systems, ensuring accurate piping and enrichment.
• Develop internal playbooks and documentation for the use of AI tools and workflows.
• Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Hubspot and Salesforce integrations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS startup.
• Proven experience applying LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and creating/chaining AI agents.
• Strong proficiency with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Influ2, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments where processes are being built from scratch.
• Must be based in the US (Remote or Austin, TX)
