What you will do

• Define and oversee creative strategy for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Lead client presentations and strategic discussions as the senior day-to-day lead.
• Manage and develop a team of Creative Strategists, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality work.
• Apply and improve creative strategy frameworks, including briefs, testing roadmaps, and performance synthesis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative Studio, Media, and Analytics to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Leverage platform and creative performance data to refine strategies and improve client KPIs.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or advertising.
• 3+ years of people management or formal team leadership experience.
• 3+ years of client relationship experience collaborating with creative teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing data from platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to inform strategy.
• Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve effectiveness and validate outputs.

• Agency experience.
• Category experience in health and wellness, beauty, ecommerce, retail, apparel, home services, or financial services.
