What you will do

• Drive lifecycle program strategy across email, push, and in-app channels to improve client engagement and loyalty.
• Shape consumer lifecycle strategy from both technical and marketing execution perspectives.
• Build and execute complex CRM campaigns to guide clients through the ecosystem.
• Conduct data analysis to optimize campaign performance, manage spend, and create operational plans.
• Execute experimentation to unlock high-impact campaigns and leverage automation for retention.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and regional operations to ensure marketing initiatives meet regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience leading complex lifecycle or CRM programs from strategy to execution.
• Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Strong copywriting skills for campaign development.
• Expertise in customer segmentation and omni-channel subscriber management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Braze CRM.
• Experience working within the crypto industry.
