What you will do

• Scope, prioritize, and establish detailed timelines for marketing projects.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal teams including design, editorial, technology, legal, and compliance.
• Monitor multiple concurrent assignments to ensure deliverables stay on schedule and within scope.
• Support global projects involving stakeholders in Canada, APAC, and EMEA.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, set agendas, and track action items to resolution.
• Standardize project documentation, templates, and dashboards to ensure consistency across the team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience managing complex projects in marketing, communications, design, or advertising.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional client-service mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship available).
