Salary: $68,000–$70,000 base + $50,000 variable target

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle sales deals from demo to close.
• Research and target prospective companies using sales tools.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Demonstrate the platform to new customers and negotiate contracts.
• Document all sales activities and interactions in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a startup environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Must be able to work from the Lindon, Utah office 4 days per week.
• Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
