What you will do

• Lead and prepare business plans, monthly forecasts, and strategic plans in alignment with regional and corporate processes.
• Provide financial insights and advice to the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee month-end closing processes and manage deliverables from the Innovation Alliance Center (IAC) to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Define and execute local governance processes to track business decisions and results based on critical financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Partner with commercial teams to support projects focused on revenue and profitability improvements, including ROI analysis for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in finance within a multi-national company.
• Strong accounting foundations, preferably US GAAP.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
