FP&A Manager, Japan and Korea (Animal Health)

What you will do

• Lead business plans, monthly forecasts, and strategic planning in alignment with regional and corporate processes.
• Provide financial insights and advice on business opportunities, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee month-end closing and Innovation Alliance Center deliverables to maintain reporting accuracy.
• Define and run local governance processes using financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Partner with commercial teams on revenue and profitability initiatives, including marketing ROI analysis.
• Work closely with the CFO and local leadership to provide data-driven strategic support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 10 years of relevant finance experience in a multinational company.
• Strong accounting foundations, with US GAAP experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in financial planning and reporting processes.
• Advanced analytical and systems skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
