What you will do

• Own product quality governance and sign-off across all lifecycle phases, including Proposal Approval, Production Release, and Mass Production.
• Define and execute the Product Quality Plan (PQP), including quality targets, CTQs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish reliability targets and lead qualification strategy execution across DVT, PVT, and MP phases.
• Enforce manufacturing quality controls and serve as the primary quality escalation owner for FAB and OSAT partners.
• Lead complex failure analysis spanning manufacturing and field returns, driving root cause identification and CAPA implementation.
• Represent product quality status and risks in executive and customer-facing forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Physics, or a related Engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in product quality, reliability engineering, or manufacturing quality.
• Proven ownership of product quality across multiple lifecycle phases.
• Strong background in qualification, manufacturing processes, and root-cause analysis.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor devices, advanced packaging, photonics, or system-level products.
• Deep familiarity with reliability qualification and field quality metrics.
• Experience driving PCNs, change control, and supplier governance.
• Strong executive- and customer-facing communication skills.
