Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required up to 25% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $124,000–$171,000 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Design, optimize, and manage process engineering projects across semiconductor and display manufacturing products.
• Lead hardware characterization, methodology development, and evaluation of new technologies.
• Collect and analyze process data, measure film properties, and develop analytical instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot complex engineering issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Interact with customers, vendors, suppliers, and global R&D teams to resolve technical concerns and introduce new products.
• Prepare internal and external technical documentation, presentations, reports, and process specifications.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of process engineering concepts, theories, and principles.
• Ability to manage engineers, adapt plans, and lead projects across a broad product range.
• Experience identifying and resolving technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide and influence internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
