What you will do

• Direct and manage the opening and daily operations of a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk.
• Drive operating profit goals by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Ensure customer service meets standards of excellence to maximize guest satisfaction and returns.
• Recruit, train, and develop FOH team members and restaurant leaders.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment.
• Analyze financial reports to identify and address trends in profitability and cost of goods.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Universal City, California.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in high-quality chain or independent restaurant groups.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights.
