What you will do

• Lead GTM, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations functions to drive operational excellence.
• Design and optimize end-to-end internal business processes to support rapid scale.
• Direct the evolution of data infrastructure, revenue analytics, and customer insights.
• Provide executive oversight for AI Transformation and Business Systems, including management of AI engineers.
• Identify and implement automation for operational workflows using the company's own platform.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic planning and investor-level conversations.

Requirements

• 8-15+ years of operations experience, including 3+ years in a VP or senior leadership role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
• Background in cybersecurity or enterprise security software is required.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operations organizations through hypergrowth.
• Deep expertise in Revenue/GTM Ops, Data, Business Systems, AI, and Automation.
• Experience managing a complex business systems stack such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and NetSuite.
• Must be located in the USA.
