What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Market and Program Directors across the assigned Eastern geographic region.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall financial performance through strategic P&L management and annual business planning.
• Oversee operational efficiency, including patient registration, revenue cycle management, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all treatment centers strictly adhere to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements as well as Joint Commission accreditation.
• Execute program expansion strategies and supervise marketing/outreach activities to increase patient lives growth.
• Monitor performance dashboards to identify trends and implement long-term operational solutions for performance issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant multi-unit operations leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in P&L management and driving financial results.
• Management experience encompassing operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care in the healthcare space.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
