Field Operations Manager (Retail)

Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite, 85% travel required)

Salary: $105,000 - $184,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and drive business results for a territory of 110-140 franchise restaurants to increase market share and customer growth.
• Conduct "Wendy’s Done Right" visits to ensure system implementation and operational excellence.
• Provide targeted coaching and training to multi-unit leaders (District Managers, VPs) using the Model of Excellence scorecard.
• Manage Quarterly Business Reviews and Growth Readiness Assessments for franchisees.
• Oversee new restaurant openings, ensuring teams are trained and facilities meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with QA, finance, and HR partners to optimize sales and profit growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management, including P&L management of multi-unit operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain (preferred).
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and develop organizational capability.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel 85% of the time.
