Salary: $116,300 - $162,800 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Warranty Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end claims lifecycle, ensuring alignment with policy terms, financial controls, and compliance standards.
• Manage the contractor network function, optimizing sourcing, vetting, and performance to meet customer demand.
• Define and own the KPI framework, including claim cycle time, first-touch resolution, and cost per claim.
• Champion the use of AI and automation tools to streamline claims handling and operational reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Accounting, Legal, and Product to drive operational strategy and system integrity.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of leadership experience in a best-in-class warranty company.
• Proven track record of managing multiple teams and developing talent at the Senior Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of claims operations, contractor network dynamics, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance against SLAs and manage backlogs across multiple product lines.
• Experience with operational systems like PCMI/PCRS and Zoho, and driving process improvement at scale.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and reside in an eligible state.
