What you will do

• Direct the opening and daily operations of a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk.
• Drive operating profit and sales while controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Lead, coach, and train the management team to achieve "Best in Class" service standards.
• Analyze financial reports to identify and address trends in profitability and cost of goods.
• Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment.
• Partner with Human Resources to train and develop restaurant leaders at every level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in high-quality chain or independent restaurant groups.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and POS systems.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Required On-Site: Position must be performed full-time from an hirify.global-designated worksite.
