What you will do

• Build and lead an operating system focused on Lean management and AI-driven automation to create business capacity.
• Deploy AI and intelligent automation (RPA, IDP, Generative AI) as force multipliers within operational workflows.
• Drive a matrixed leadership posture across Sales, Client Services, Finance, and Compliance to scale Lean/AI methodologies.
• Design workforce transition plans, reskilling paths, and communication strategies for technical deployments.
• Develop business cases for initiatives and own ROI reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading operations, process excellence, or business transformation at scale.
• Proven success integrating AI and automation (RPA, Generative AI) with measurable financial outcomes.
• Experience building operating leverage in high-growth environments.
• Strong matrixed leadership skills to drive change without formal authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k/US location)

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• Formal training or certification in AI or automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML).
