What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise AI Governance strategy and Responsible AI framework.
• Lead enterprise AI governance processes, including intake, review, approval, and lifecycle management.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operation of the enterprise AI Governance platform.
• Develop and maintain policies for generative AI, AI agents, knowledge graphs, and RAG solutions.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Information Security to embed governance-by-design.
• Lead the AI Policy Council and promote AI literacy through training and engagement programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology, governance, risk, compliance, or AI disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise governance or technology platform programs.
• Deep expertise in Responsible AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI risk management frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including FDA, EMA, EU AI Act, HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Must be based in Boston, MA for a hybrid or on-site work arrangement.
