What you will do

• Build and scale the internal technology foundation supporting company growth, security, and reliable operations.
• Own the global IT strategy and operating model across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and core business technology.
• Lead roadmaps for business applications, integrations, automation, and internal service delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to establish effective governance, operating rhythms, and service standards.
• Develop team capabilities, manage expenses, and connect executive strategy with tactical IT execution.
• Develop AI-driven IT capabilities and support a global organization building AI hardware.

Requirements

• Experience leading AI architecture and innovation initiatives.
• Experience scaling IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and security in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Ability to lead global IT operations and enterprise technology strategy.
• Strong communication skills for aligning technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge executive strategy with hands-on operational execution.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior export-license approval.
