Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 USD

Nscale is building a vertically integrated GenAI cloud platform, owning the data centers and software that power the AI stack using sustainable technology.
What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, clients, and partners to protect organizational interests.
- Maintain a centralized contract database and track milestones, renewal dates, and compliance deadlines.
- Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to communicate terms and provide guidance.
- Implement standardized contract templates and track metrics to improve overall management procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management software.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Background in procurement or vendor management.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations.
