Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in office, remote Mondays and Fridays).

Salary: $31.25–$36.06 per hour.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate routine commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and statements of work.
• Manage and maintain the contract lifecycle database, acting as the primary contact for the vendor.
• Ensure timely compliance with contractual obligations, renewals, and terminations.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks in collaboration with internal legal and finance teams.
• Provide administrative support for corporate legal needs and contribute to form agreement implementation.
• Assist in gathering documentation for litigation discovery and track regulatory enforcement trends.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in contract administration or legal support.
• Experience with contract management tools and vendor implementation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior in-house legal department experience.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, consulting, or services industries.
