What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and consulting arrangements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements while translating prime requirements into executable structures.
• Coordinate milestone tracking and acceptance-package development across technical and finance teams.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including scope changes and compliance gaps.
• Design scalable templates, trackers, and governance processes for a rapidly growing program.
• Provide decision-ready recommendations to program leadership regarding change impacts and issue resolution.

Requirements

• US Citizen required
• Experience administering and negotiating contracts and subcontracts in a U.S. defense environment.
• Proven ability to draft, redline, and negotiate complex contract language.
• Experience translating prime contract requirements into subcontract flow-downs.
• Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments without established playbooks.
• Experience supporting milestone-based deliverables and contract execution.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting defense technology or software programs.
• Familiarity with Other Transaction (OT/OTA) contracts.
• Experience with acceptance-based invoicing models.
• NCMA CPCM or CFCM certification.
