What you will do

• Lead drafting and negotiation of enterprise customer, vendor, and supply chain agreements for AI infrastructure.
• Advise on delivery, acceptance, warranty frameworks, and liability allocation in complex hardware environments.
• Partner with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure contracts align with deployment requirements.
• Develop scalable contract templates, playbooks, and enablement processes for business teams.
• Identify and escalate regulatory, compliance, or non-standard risk issues.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with substantial commercial contracting expertise.
• Experience supporting technology, hardware, infrastructure, or supply chain-driven businesses.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI infrastructure, data centers, or memory systems.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, TAA, or export controls.
• In-house experience at a high-growth technology or infrastructure company.
• Prior law firm experience handling complex commercial transactions.
