What you will do

• Manage a 360 recruitment desk focused on finance appointments.
• Build and develop relationships with finance professionals, senior business leaders, clients, and candidates.
• Deliver consultative recruitment solutions throughout the full end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop and execute business development plans while expanding existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Build market intelligence and establish a specialist position within the finance recruitment market.
• Contribute to team initiatives and share best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record in agency recruitment.
• Strong business development, networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Consultative and advisory approach with clients and candidates.
• Commercial mindset, ambition, motivation, credibility, and confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and interest in building a long-term recruitment career.
• Finance recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
