Talent Acquisition Partner, Temporary (SaaS)

Location: United Kingdom or Ireland, working remotely; compatible EMEA hours required

Salary: €50,000–€65,000 gross per year, with an approximate hourly equivalent of €24.04–€31.25.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market, Sales, Revenue, Marketing, HR Operations, Payroll, and Finance roles.
• Source and engage qualified passive candidates in competitive SaaS and professional services markets.
• Explain variable compensation, incentive plans, commission tiers, quota structures, and OTE to sales candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, improve job descriptions, and maintain efficient interview processes.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation, Finance, and legal stakeholders on offers, budgets, handoffs, and local compliance.
• Maintain ATS data quality and provide visibility into recruiting pipelines and metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience focused on non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, HR Operations, Payroll, or Finance.
• Based in Ireland or able to work compatible EMEA hours.
• Experience explaining variable incentives, OTE, commission plans, and sales compensation mechanics.
• Experience with cross-border hiring, international employment considerations, and local compliance checks.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms; Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search and targeted market mapping.
