Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Onsite in Austria, Germany, or Switzerland

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify technical solutions that ensure strong ROI for customers.
• Architect and create generative AI experiences tailored for enterprise end-users.
• Develop custom demonstrations using the Decagon platform to meet specific customer needs.
• Serve as a technical advisor and trusted consultant to enterprise prospects.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering (pre-sales) role.
• Proven experience in creating and architecting generative AI experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Functional understanding of GTM systems and workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Austria, Germany, or Switzerland.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of dedicated AI sales engineering experience.
• Experience working within a high-growth startup environment.
