is an early-stage, well-funded startup building an agentic AI platform that transforms complex enterprise workflows into AI-powered operations.
What you will do
- Engage with enterprise customers after contract signature to understand workflows, operational processes, data readiness, and deployment requirements.
- Translate business needs and customer findings into implementation plans for tailored AI-powered solutions.
- Configure and integrate AI components into customer workflows while collaborating with R&D to address data gaps and extend product capabilities.
- Own end-to-end solution deployment, define success metrics, validate model performance, and drive adoption after launch.
- Lead integrations with enterprise systems such as finance, ERP, and email platforms, with attention to scalability and security.
- Guide security, compliance, IT approval, rollout, expansion, and ongoing customer success across the post-sale lifecycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or a similar post-sale customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications, with substantial use of modern AI tools and workflows.
- Experience supporting deployments across cloud environments and integrating enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage solution delivery across the full post-sale customer lifecycle.
Nice to have
- Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms.
- Financial services industry experience.
