Senior Sales Engineer (AI Agents): Leading technical presales for complex enterprise AI Agent opportunities across Eastern Europe, with an accent on customized demonstrations, solution design, and proof-of-concept delivery. Location: Remote from Germany; travel across Eastern Europe and the wider CEE region is required.

What you will do
- Partner with sales teams on complex strategic enterprise opportunities across Eastern Europe and support the DACH business.
- Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders to identify business requirements.
- Create and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations for technical and business audiences.
- Design customer-specific solutions, articulate product value, and run or support proofs of concept and proofs of value.
- Represent Cognigy through customer events, webinars, trade shows, and thought leadership activities.
- Track competing AI Agent platforms and collaborate with product and internal teams on customer feedback and enablement.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting, ideally managing complex enterprise deals end to end.
- Deep enterprise software experience, particularly with contact center or automation technologies.
- Hands-on experience presenting voice and chat AI Agents, agentic AI, conversational AI, and generative AI.
- Knowledge of contact center technologies such as SIP, SBC, ACD, ASR, TTS, IVR, NLU, NLP, STT, and LLMs.
- Strong presentation, communication, solution design, and enterprise stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Germany, fluent in English and Polish, and flexible to travel across the region.
