What you will do

• Partner on the roadmap for emerging fintech products including capital lending, new payment experiences, and funds acceleration.
• Own the roadmap for in-person Point of Sale (POS) financial experiences across single, multi-location, and franchise businesses.
• Harden cross-service financial logic to reduce coupling and build deterministic safeguards against costly errors.
• Define and deliver canonical reconciliation reporting, automated settlement ingestion, and exception alerting.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to improve fraud monitoring and automate dispute workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5–8 years of product management experience with significant ownership of payments or fintech products in B2B or SaaS.
• Technical fluency in payments concepts: PayFac, tokenization, settlement, ACH, disputes, and compliance.
• Prior experience working within a PayFac, payment processor, or fintech infrastructure environment.
• Strong commercial instinct to connect infrastructure decisions to revenue, margin, and customer outcomes.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams including Engineering, Risk/Compliance, Finance, and CX.

Nice to have

• Experience operating in regulated environments (PCI, card network rules, banking relationships).
• Experience in vertical SaaS or services-industry platforms.
